Thirty-eight Jeffco Public Schools earned 44 academic awards from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) based on 2017-18 Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) results. Last year, 35 schools earned 45 awards.
“It is awesome that so many of our schools continue to earn recognition for high academic performance, high academic growth, and closing achievement gaps,” Superintendent Dr. Jason Glass said. “We measure ourselves in a variety of ways, but these awards are high-profile and show how we truly work to offer the best learning opportunities for all our students. Congratulations to all the students and staff that earned awards this year. We are proud of you!”
