Devinny Elementary students have provided joy and brightness for patients, visitors, and staff at Children's Hospital Colorado, Aurora Campus. On display through March 1, this art exhibit is featured in the building's Hamilton Gallery.
Devinny's art teacher, an artist herself, connected with the hospital while installing some of her own artwork at Children's Hospital's Colorado Springs campus, and what a collaboration came of it! Over 160 students in grades kindergarten through 5 created works that are now part of this first-time student art display in this gallery.
In addition, the Devinny student council held an art supply drive and donated the collection to the therapy department at Children's.
