2020 Virtual Summer Program
The HOYA Foundation started Career Week for GIRLs TM to encourage more young women to pursue careers in transportation and construction. Why? Because only 9% of the construction workforce is women. That fact carries economic implications and substantial opportunities.
In 2020, we are launching our virtual Summer Program. There are videos, contests and writing opportunities. And there is no charge to any young woman for these programs. However, many of the contests do offer prizes!
