Two Roads Charter School Senior Noelle Mayer a Real Standout
Posted on 04/15/2019
Ellie MayerNoelle "Ellie" Mayer, a senior at Two Roads Charter School, has been selected as a recipient of the Boettcher Foundation Scholarship. Boettcher Scholarships recognize Colorado’s top students by providing them with the funds to attain in-state education and access to additional opportunities to enrich their time in college and beyond.

Ellie has kept her time at Two Roads jam-packed. She was a member of the PTK All-Colorado Academic Team, which recognizes high achieving two-year college students who demonstrate academic excellence and intellectual rigor combined with leadership and service that extends their education beyond the classroom to benefit society.

As if that wasn't enough, Ellie Mayer is the Regional Vice President of Colorado for the CO/WY Region of Phi Theta Kappa. She also serves as VP of Leadership for ACC’s Sigma Phi Chapter. Ellie, who served as Sigma Phi’s Vice President of Fundraising in 2017-18, has attended Arapahoe Community College as a concurrent enrollment student throughout her high school career at Two Roads Charter School. She completed her associate degree (Biology) last fall and is taking classes to fulfill her high school diploma this spring. All that, and she just turned 16 in February!

"Ellie is an exceptional student who has worked very hard every step of the way," said Two Roads Marketing Coordinator and Community Liason Bethany Norton.

Ellie plans on attending CSU this fall to study Biology and aspires to become a forensic toxicologist.
