KRISTOPHER SCHUH
CHIEF of SCHOOLs - SECONDARY

Kristopher has worked in education for 27 years. He attended universities in Minnesota, Spain, and Colorado and earned degrees in U.S History, Spanish, Educational Counseling and Educational Administration. He began his career in Wisconsin as a middle school teacher and moved to Colorado to teach and coach at Mullen High School. During his 19 years in Jeffco, he has worked as a baseball and football coach, school counselor, induction coordinator, assistant principal, principal, and community superintendent. His family is all Jeffco, as his wife is an elementary teacher and their daughters attend local neighborhood schools.
Kristopher oversees all district secondary and option schools through community superintendents to increase student achievement, ensure quality school leadership, improve school effectiveness, inspire innovation, focus on school culture, budget strategically and monitor safety.
