There have been changes made to our Grab-and-Go Meal service.

SCHEDULE REMINDER - RETURN TO REMOTE LEARNING TUESDAY
We would like to remind you of our schedule beginning Monday, March 30 and moving forward. Mondays will be teacher planning/catch-up days for staff and students, with no remote learning with teachers. Each week, Tuesday through Friday will be for remote learning.
Also, remember we have made a calendar change and Friday, April 10 is now a student contact (remote learning) day . It was previously a staff development day.
GRAB-AND-GO MEAL SERVICE CHANGES
START MONDAY, MARCH 30
Beginning Monday, March 30:
  • Sites will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:30a - 1:00p
  • Each of these days, 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches per person will be provided
  • Meals will be provided at curbside location through car trunk, car window, or by walk up
  • Parents or other caregivers may pick up meals for children; children do not have to be present

Device Issues  
If you are having technical issues, please refer to the Student, Family, and Community Technical Resources page . If you are still unable to fix your issue, call the family support line at 303.982.3438 between 7a and 4p, Monday - Friday. Jeffco IT staff will do our best to resolve technical issues remotely.
Device Replacement
If your student's device is unusable due to physical damage or you have technical issues that cannot be
resolved, call the family support line at 303.982.3438 between 7a and 4p, Monday - Friday. Jeffco IT staff will work with you on a plan to repair or replace your device.
Password or Login Issues
Is your student's password not working? Are they unable to log into something? If your student has
registered in the Password Reset Tool , they can use the Resetting My Jeffco Student Password instructions to reset their password. If your student has not registered in the password reset tool, have them contact their teacher to have it reset.
