Parent/Family Resources

The Gifted and Talented Program provides multiple seminars and presentations for parents throughout the year. See below for parent resources, documents, and useful links.

“As a parent or caregiver, you may understand that the differences your child exhibits relate to her giftedness, but your child/learner likely does not. When children notice and feel different from their peers, they seek explanations. See this resource from NAGC, Talking with your child about giftedness for some great tips and strategies.”

Join the Jeffco GT Social/Emotional Learning Counselors and other parents in your community for a year long book group.  We will be going into a deep understanding of the social and emotional needs of your gifted child.  Registration is now closed.  Click here to view the flyer.
