Located Lakewood, Stober Elementary School hosts students from kindergarten to fifth grade. In 2020, Stober Elementary worked with Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) and LOA Architects to complete a 1,488 square foot (SF) addition and a 29,794 SF renovation to their existing elementary school.
GTC and LOA Architects have returned in 2023 to add another addition to the school. The new addition will host four classrooms and a brand-new music room. Additionally, the kitchen equipment will be removed and replaced with brand new appliances in the cafeteria. Construction is expected to be completed in November 2023.
On Friday, September 15, students and staff made their mark on the project by signing their names on one of the main beams that will be used in the construction. All grade levels participated and GTC staff members were on site to answer student questions and share more about the project that is going on at their school.
The Stober community can't wait to experience the new classrooms, music room and updated kitchen that this project will bring.
