The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is an online system that allows parents/guardians and students to access and manage their information.
Families MUST log into the Campus Portal to:
- Maintain parent/guardian/emergency contact information
- Pay fees online
- Manage school and district communication preferences
- View grade and attendance data
*Beginning in December 2021, the Infinite Campus Parent Portal will replace much of the functionality that Jeffco Connect used to provide, specifically maintaining and updating contact information, paying fees, and completing the registration process each year.

How do I get access to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
If you are new to our district, you will start by going to EnrollJeffco.org to follow the steps to create an account and apply to/select a school for enrollment. Once your enrollment is accepted, you will receive an email with information about how to complete your registration in the Infinite Campus system. Both EnrollJeffco and your household registration must be completed before your student can start school.
If your student is already enrolled in a Jeffco school, visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to log in.
Forgot your username or password? Visit the Personal Account Manager to reset them.
I have students in different schools. Will their information be in one account?
Yes. When you log in to your parent account, you should see all of your students listed. If you do not, contact your school's enrollment secretary.
How can I get my student's ID number?
Student ID numbers are shown when you log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once logged in, click on "Today" in the left navigation menu. You should see one of your students and their ID number will appear under their name. To toggle between students (if you have more than one), click on the down arrow next to your student's photo in the upper right corner of the screen just under the green header bar.
How do I pay student fees?
After logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, you will see "More" at the bottom list of options on the left of your screen. Click on "More." Then, you'll see a list of links come up in the center of the page. When you click on "Jeffco Student Fee Payment," you will be taken to the student fee payment system. If you need to pay a student fee without logging in, you may do so through this link.
I'm going out of town and my students are staying with a friend. Can I change my account and add my friend's contact information? How will the school get this information?
Yes, you can go into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal at any time during the year and change your contact information or add/remove emergency contacts. School staff are required to check IDs of anyone picking up a student. They will compare that ID to the contact information you have listed in Infinite Campus. Be sure to check the "allowed to pick up" box for anyone with permission to pick up your student.
I don't have a computer. How can I change or see my information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
If you have internet on your phone, you can access the Portal there. You can also go to your student's school and the staff will help you.
How does the Infinite Campus Parent Portal work with SchoolMessenger, the emergency calling system?
The information you enter into the Portal will be automatically transferred to SchoolMessenger for general and emergency messages. It might take up to 24 hours before the information is fully implemented in SchoolMessenger and you start receiving messages. To help protect your student, you will automatically receive messages about attendance; we want you to know when your student is not in school.
